Debit my account twice

Good day

I recently took over my brothers account and when I phone to explain that I will be taking over the account payments. The lady I spoke to did not explain to me that there was money outstanding. On the 25th of July R735 getting debited of my account and then again on the 1st R 367. When I phoned to ask why is so much money debited from my account the lady could not explain and told my to send an email. I sent an email to cancel the service and asked for a refund, I got no reply. I sent another email saying I'm going to take this further if nobody contacts me about this issue, finally a lady by the name of Shantel phones and say ill not receive a refund. I explain to her that I did not know the was money outstanding and no one explain to that there was and that mean that the staff there was suppose to explain to me the issue not just debit my account, she sent me an email and said that she won't cancel the service when I told that we don't want ADT cause you are useless.

Adt is pathetic and has bad service. All I wanted is the service canceled for good is that so hard to ask for cause it money that's paying for the service and i don't want it anymore.
