First of all. I'm typing this with my middle finger!!! I canceled with ADT and after 2 weeks trying to get a cancellation confirmation out of them I was told I still need to pay the outstanding amount. I gladly paid the amount to be rid of the incompetent. I had two people from two departments confirm that if I pay the amount before the end of the month my debit order will NOT go off. That is ADT talk for YOU we WILL debit your account. And as promised my account is debited. YOU ADT... YOU!!!
And please don't bother with the default response of "We so sorry, an agent will contact you".. This has NEVER happened and NEVER will.
