I visited the Hi-Fi Corporation branch in Gateway shopping centre on 24/09/13.
I was looking for a vacuum cleaner. After standing for about 10 minutes I call someone to help us. I asked one or two questions that she answered briefly and then ran to another customer. I looked around for another and could not find one (there seemed to be only two persons on the floor and only one at the till). I went to the till and asked for her to call someone to help us.
After a further 10minutes a gentleman shows up and before I can say anything, he blurts out thar he doesn't know anything about vacuum cleaners/amount of stock/can't sell me any and just turned his back on me.
I did however in the end succeed to buy a vacuum cleaner after spending a total of 35 minutes in the store to get help.
