I recently wrote about the bad attitude of the manager at the Paarl branch. Like always, I got an automated response, telling me that the matter is 'under investigation'

How much time do y'all need to investigate a common manager with NO PEOPLE SKILLS?

She's a filthy thing with NO MANNERS and she needs to be demoted.

I'd like some PROPER FEEDBACK from an area manager.
