I've reported this problem and still sitting with this dirty piece of Whirlpool garbage with no help from them, they're a really bad, I called them a number of times seeking an update. They've been sending people to my place for some assessments and they never come to any conclusion - What exactly is wrong with Whirlpool.
Lesson learned - never by some cheap fake brands with no proper customer support.
I HATE YOU WHIRLPOOL - no one close to me will have this trash in their homes I promise.
