Last time I had to complain because after 48 hours nobody contacted me for my gift. That one was eventually sorted out. Bought Skip this time, but same problem... still waiting.
Did receive a miscall yesterday, maybe it was you. If I don't pick up, try more than once please.
Please call me, just a pity it takes a Hellopeter complaint to speed things up. I'm guessing your call centre is struggling to keep up with the demand.
