Saturday I went to MrPrice to purchase a ladder shelf, got there 1 display unit on floor, none in stock. (I must order). and they do not want to sell me the display unit on the floor.
Thought by myself let me go to Fourways, Display unit only, - None in stock (I must order),
Ok next branch Northgate Display unit only, - None in stock (I must order).
So why do they advertise the stock if you must place a order and wait 3 weeks.
They do not want to sell me the display unit, only take orders???
So off I went to Strubensvalley MrPrice again, this is closest to my house, thought let me just go order the shelf there, and measure it I might purchase 2. Got there, and they sold the demo model!!! after I asked if they can sell it to me. Disappointment again.
Ok so I placed the order paid my deposit and they promise they will phone me today still to see if they can not find me a Ladder Shelf. Still waiting for the call after I was promised 15 minutes, after paying the deposit,
Why do we do this to ourselves and support MrPrice?
