I went to pay my DSTV yesterday at Pick n pay in Alexandra, normally when you pay the cashier must enter 5 digits before they enter your customer number which is 11374 then customer number, but the cashier entered 4 digits and my customer number then payment was made to the incorrect account, i tried to explain to her but she did not listen and she called 2 other cashiers they even said i had a bad attitude, they said i should write my customer number which i did and still Lungiswa made a payment into the wrong account, they called a lady by the name of Refiloe Phaahla she told me that i should go to Multichoice because it is no longer their problem and they asked me why didnt i have my statement or receipt of previous payment, i told them i get my statement by email i dont print it because i know my customer number, i went to Multi choice and they told me that the reason payment was made into the incorrect account is because the cashier made a mistake, the 1st numbers were incorrect, i went back to pink n pay and Lungiswa was still rude and mean even after she found out she made a mistake they had to ask her to leave, she said i must not talk to her she is right I'm wrong.
