Em gonna be very short en hope the problem will be attended to. En will explain more to any who will attend to the problem. - went to pay for my layby en its a lumpsum in sterns wonderpark en a ldy called Tshidi (store manager) helped me. - gave her my layby card en de previous 4 slips used to pay with en she just came back saying she cannot help as em suppose to pay only with cash. En explained that I cannot carry that amount en she just said sorry I can pay today en tomorrow come back to pay the balance but it must be cash en I saw it as an inconvience an I feel the treatment was so bad I will never go back to her shop. En need the whole account to be cancelled en I will go en look for service where payment is accepted on any level. Apparently she says she thought I wanted to pay for repairs. She really is a bad manager to be running a shop. I also work with customers en believe no one turns money away from the shop for any reason. En how many customers is she turning away that never complain because they think she is correct en have to come back some other day when she forgot en decides when to take bank cards for payment.
