Hung up on repeatedly

I had to phone four times last week Thursday after being continuously hung up on when put through to the appliance department. Eventually I asked the first lady who answers to please ask someone just to check if a certain kettle is in stock and phone me back as I'd like to come through and buy it if in stock. As of yet, no-one has contacted me regarding the Kenwood 1.7L Auto Kettle which I saw on Pick n Pay online but I've been advised that debit cards are not accepted when purchasing goods online after it accepted my card number and sent me an invoice which leaves no other option but to purchase it in store.
