I purchased the Netsurfer Tablet from Pep Stores through layby facility over a period of three months from Pep Store Arcadia Shop Number 6597 in Pretoria and I completed my payment on 15th November 2012 my payment receipts which I have in my possession will confirm this fact. After using the product for a very short period on 31st December 2012 it malfunctioned and I took it back to the store for repair I submitted it to the store manager on 3 January 2012. The repair took a full month and follows up phone calls to the shop and email which I sent via the pep website explaining my dissatisfaction with the very lengthy time it took before it was returned to me much to my inconvenience. It was returned to me eventually in February.
After using it again for just two 3 weeks it broke down again and I took it back to the pep shop on 20th March 2013, this time around I demanded a full refund because I did not want to have a supposedly new product continuously breaking down on me, I lost all faith in the product. The lady (Menavine) who attended to me called the manufacturers and narrated the issue, they refused to give me my refund insisting they would rather replace it with a new one
