I recently wrote a report to Hello Peter after the unprofessional way in which Foschini treated me. They kept on phoning to say I hadn't paid my account, and after I had to fax proof of payment - I heard nothing from them. I still received phone calls saying I hadn't paid. I resorted to Hello Peter and then received a letter from Ms Stephens saying the matter had been referred to her - and would I again send proof of payment. Which I did - 2 months later, and I have not received a word, not a letter of apology, nothing.
Such poor customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth for Foshcini.
