AWESOME ATTITUDE!

I would like to compliment the Bayside branch's staff and commend them for their great attitudes and good customer service. I was in the line of Enquiries and I was watching the Consultation area next to my line. I noticed that every time a new customer was called to the desk of a consultant, the consultant would stand up, greet the customer looking him/her in the eye and then they would sit as the customer sat and then proceed with the transaction. I found this to be a welcome change and I commend the Bayside staff members for their lovely customer service and making customers feel welcomed and important. Also, at the enquiries desk, the system was very slow. This was not the consultants' fault but they apologised profusely and the staff member manning the floor came to each customer in the line to apologise and explain the reason for the delay. All in all, I have had a lovely experience in the Bayside branch, having being treated with respect and made to feel welcome. I proudly bank with Captiec and commend them for their lovely service.
