On about 8th Jan after phoning in about my upright fridge/freezer purchased mid November '12, a service tech came to see my 2 month old fridge model GR B493CLPA of which 2 different plastic parts had broken off. This unit is still almost brand new. Tech said he would order the parts. 2 months later there is still none? After a month of waiting I had emailed customer care who replied that the tech is aware of my outstanding job.
Just how long does it take to obtain 2 plastic parts for a modern upright fridge/freezer?
