I just want to compliment Nestle on their unexpected good service
I recently sent my baby's caregiver to buy some Latogen2, as our's was finished that morning. When she opened it, it didn't have a measured scoop in it. I phoned Nestle just to hear what the exact measurement formula I would have to use for a 200ml bottle.
Not only did I receive informed advice, but a new tin Lactogen (with scoop) was delivered to my baby's daymother's front door 3 hours later.
Thank you Nestle for restoring my faith in SA's client service.
