Receiving of incorrect goods

Firstly, we went to this branch since it was closer to home on the saturday morning. We got there and was looking around for kitchen floor tiles and after spending 20 minutes looking, no one attempted to assist us, we left to buy it at another CTM store. The sunday, we discovered that we gonna need another box of tiles and I went to this branch. I took the empty box with and went immediately to the cashiers wanting to purchase another box of these specific tiles. She looked and said she cannot find that code and that I must go and look at the display to see if i see it there. I found it, theres 2 shades in this tile, pauline ivory and pauline grey, we were using the ivory ones, which I purchased from them. I verified with the cashier and the warehouse person that it was the pauline ivory and not the grey, both confirmed that! Laying the tiles we saw it that it was the incorrect ones (GREY). I spoke to Conrad (manager) and he said they cannot replace it coz the tiles were used and the color i recieved, that is their pauline ivory color! What a story when all stores get the same stock! There is nothing they can do about this! This is so PATHETIC!!! Will never shop there AGAIN!!!
