DEFECTVE GOODS TWICE!!

I purchased 2 Sealy base sets. The one was defective and is to be replaced for the second time _ effectively the 3rd set is to be delivered to my home.

The 2nd set has also been confirmed by Sealy's inspector to be defective.

It is without doubt inconvenient. It is time consuming and dangerous for my mom to have several strangers in the house.

Shanice was the person who liaised with my mom and asked her to go to the Dial a Bed at Umhlanga and chose another bed. After takign time to do this, she was contacted by Monica from their Durban office who said that the beds will merely be exhanged AGAIN!!!

Is this how Seal and Dial a Bed operate?? I have no faith in their product. My mom is merely being told to
accept yet another replacement from Sealy.

This is not good enough and certainly not acceptable. We cannot have beds replaced every two months.

The company must be consistent with their feedback. One tells us to go chose new beds and another tells us the current beds will just be replaced!!!

Someone needs to contact us as a matter of urgency or arrange a refund.
