Faulty Philips Shave. Model: QS6140

Bought the shaver on 26/6/13 from Clicks Canal Walk. On 17/8/13 while I was shaving I heard a strange nose from the shaver. Switched it off and discovered that 2 of the steel blades snapped. Took the unit in to Clicks N1 City Mall. Unit was sent in to Philips. Approximately 2 weeks later Verrana phoned me to inform me that Philips will repair the shaver but I had to pay R160. Blades are not covered under the warrantee (not sure where that is stipulated) and that the shaver must have been damaged or fell. Steel blades snapped but fragile plastic parts are in tact. How is that possible if the unit was damaged or fell? I confirmed that I am not prepared to pay for the repair and that I want a full refund. She made me understand that she was the store manager and how can I keep on demanding a refund. The next day I took my E mail address to Clicks where I spoke to 2 other employees. I requested that Philips put it in writing and to return the unit unfixed. I phoned 2x after that. I spoke with a 4th male employee and said that Philips will meet me half way. I accepted to pay R80, but still unhappy. Every time they will let me know but never does! I am now tired of that 1.5 months later.
