No prices, bad attitude and passing the buck

I wanted to buy a book but there are no prices on any of the book (entire shelf!!!). On asking the cashier why the response was "Prices changes daily so we don't put prices on".

On complaining she turns around and started helping another customer. Ignoring our further attempt to discuss the matter.
