We bought a Philips body groomer from Clicks earlier this year and it just stopped working. When you switch it on, it just shuts down. We took it into Clicks Rivonia either 4 or 5 weeks ago and we were told we would have it back within 3 weeks. We have been patient and waiting for a response. Last week Tuesday we went to see if it was there as when when called in we were told that deliveries come in on Tuesdays or Fridays. KG was unpacking goods from Philips but ours was not there. With still no response, I called this morning and now KG says that he's not sure when it will be ready. I expect there to be a repaired or new Philips body groomer at Clicks Rivonia by 5pm today. No one has bothered to inform us, the customer as to any way forward with this issue. We have not been told if it's being repaired or if its' being replaced??? Some feedback would be great!!!
