I received a gift from my aunt that recently visited S.A... I tried them on and they were too big, so I thought an exchange for a smaller size would definitely be on the cards. After speaking and explaining the fact that my aunt is no longer in S.A to a lovely lady, Anusha - she said that she is sure Zaida (area manager) will accept and allow an exchange. I then spoke to Zaida who made sure that I understand that she is AREA MANAGER... she then said that she would call me today after checking her system, but wanted to know which day it was purchased. Now anyone can only imagine that someone coming to S.A will NOT REMEMBER what shop they walked in to, on what day! Goodness me!!! She wanted to know who my aunt was with, etc... CRAZY! None the less, she called back this am to say NO EXCHANGE WITHOUT A RECEIPT! What type of service is this?
