If I have the slip and I return the goods WHY must vouchers be given instead of crediting it to my account???
I reside in durban and purchased clothing for my father who resides in johannesburg.
I sent the slip up BUT when he went to credit with the slip he was told he needed the card??? And then they proceeded to NOT credit my account but give him vouchers.
This is TOTALLY unacceptable I want this rectified and I want someone to contact me back with regards to this asap.
