Paint work damaged

2 weeks ago my friend and I came out of the store and noticed the trolley guy had a basket trolley leaning against my car. When we called at him he removed the trolley and ran inside. I only noticed the damage the next morning in the light, my paint was stripped. I reported it the same day and I am still waiting to be contacted by the store manager. We shop there regularly and when ever I ask the front desk lady I reported the matter to whats happening she replies shes still waiting
