Cashier refused to sell cellC starter pack to me because of rica. Staff not trained properly to understand that I do not need to rica starter-pack if I'm doing a sim swap as stated on the back of the pack. The cashier didn't even want to serve me thereafter an served someone else while I was at the tillpoint explaining that I do not need to rica. You can even check da footage at approximate time of 3pm 9/12/2013. The cashier was taken off the tillpoint still not attending to my sale by his apparent supervisor which was rude. I called for a manager who told me I need ID n proof of residence. For what I wonder when I don't need to rica. The cashiers also had words to say in isizulu behind the counter which I think is even more disgusting as CPA says I have a right to be communicated to in my own language which is english. Ackermans really needs to train their staff better an get proper managers who actually know what they doing. I still require an apology as I'm highly upset about how their staff carry-on at the tillpoints. Better care needs to be taken when dealing with customers. the customers mean nothin at a tillpoint. I'm glad I didn't activate the card you sent in the mail.
