SICK OF THIS!!!

I bought a Genesis Hausmeister Vacuum Cleaner in Dec at Centurion. It broke and I took it back for repairs under warranty on 20 Aug. OVER 1 MONTH AGO! From Tues 17 Sept I have been phoning both the store and helpline to find out where it was. I was fobbed off repeatedly, first knowing nothing about it, until I produced the job number. I went into the store and demanded answers. The saleslady phoned David at the Colonade and I spoke to him as he kept telling the assistant he would phone her back, which she told me he wouldn't do. He said they were waiting for parts. He promised to deliver it on Wed 25. Again no-one called me and I had to phone and advise that I was going to take the matter further. It eventually arrived around 4.30pm on Thurs. I collected it this morning, I specifically asked if it had been tested, to be told OH YES. Not true, as well as the fact that they were waiting for spare parts. Filled the container with water to wash my floors and the water poured through the bottom into the machine. He has not fixed it! I called Centurion at 12pm today, who promised to call me in 20 mins, that was 5 hours ago! I want a new machine. Been a client for 9 years. Not good guys..
