Christmas time 2012 I had to clean 2 mattresses that I had sold and were being collected the next day. I stopped by London Keys just before tclosing to find out about the carpet cleaning machine. The shop attendant told me I could use it on mattresses and that I could take the machine and return it before closing the next day. I asked him about the tape around the cleaning attachment and he said it works fine. The next morning when I tried to use the machine it was leaking at the top of the machine itself. It was making a big wet spot on my carpet. And the suction was terrible. Every time I lifted the cleaning attachment the dirty water would come right back out and make a big dirty stain on the mattress!! The person was coming to fetch the mattresses in 2 hours so I had to wash them by hand! As soon as the mattresses were collected I took the machine back to the shop. I was very angry because they refused to believe the machine was broken (despite the fact that it has tape all over it!) They tested it in the store in front of me and it was leaking dirty water! I demanded a refund from the owner, he eventually agreed, I sent my details, but nothing has happened. Don't support them!
