FAILURE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

I HAD A REVOLVING CREDIT LOAN ACCOUNT FOR A SHORT PERIOD AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE. W/W F/S DID NOT FOLLOW THE TERMS THAT WE AGREED UPON. THEY DEBITED MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT ON THE INCORRECT DATE AND EVEN AFTER I CONTACTED THEM TO RECTIFY THE DEBIT ORDER DATE THEY FAILED TO DO SO. FINALLY I SETTLED THIS LOAN ACCOUNT IN FULL ON THE 18 TH SEPTEMBER 2013. I CONTACTED THEM ON THE 21ST SEPTEMBER AND SPOKE TO ALVINA WHO ASSURED ME THAT SHE WILL GET HER TEAM LEADER TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND I WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION LETTER OF CLOSURE. I PHONED W/W F/S AGAIN ON THE 26TH SEPTEMBER AND SPOKE TO THEMBEKA WHO SAID THIS ACCOUNT IS STILL NOT CLOSED BUT SHE WILL ESCALATE TO HER TEAMLEADER. NOW THIS MORNING I GET A SMS THAT MY BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE DEBITED ON THE 1ST OCTBER 2013 WITH ANOTHER DEBITORDER OF R897.72. I SETTLED THIS ACCOUNT IN FULL, THE BALANCE IS NIL, I REQUESTED THEM TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT BUT ALL TO NO AVAIL. PLEASE IS THERE SOMEONE AT WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICES THAT WILL WAKE UP AND CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT, SEND ME CONFIRMATION OF CLOSURE AND STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT. I OWE YOU NOTHING!!! THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND ALSO COSTLY!!!
