The Head Office should take notice as the workers are still receiving bad treatment from the Management. They will always be unhappy for many reasons under this Management.
The main problem is that they do not have any shoulder to cry on for their rights. The following are their complaints:
*BAD TREATMENT.
*NOT BEING PROVIDED TRANSPORT TO/FROM WORK, ESPECIALLY DURING THE RISKY SHIFTS.
*BEING UNDERPAID FOR THEIR HARDWORK.
*LATE RECEPTION OF THEIR PAYSLIPS.
On the issue of Payslips, the workers suspect something that they think is the adjustment on their salaries by the Management. That is relevant to the late reception of their payslips. The unions do not make any difference. It is now the time for the Head Office to take action as this will end up badly.
