I ordered furniture on credit, of the 3 things i ordered i got 2 and the couch is still outstanding thanks to the incompetence of the sales consultant-Lawrence, whose employment should be seriously considered. then again the incompetence seems to be a culture at furniture city because upon speaking to the branch manager and CRM at h/o Sameer. i still have had no joy whatsoever. i had to go sign new documentation because of the lawrence made the wrong order. this morning i receive a call from the branch asking me to come sign again because african bank says they couldnt get a hold of me and have thus rejected the application. mind you i spoke to african bank an hour before that. i have made a purchase years back at furniture city woodmead and i didnnt have these problems. this purchase has been the baine of my existance and no compensation has been offered by furniture city. Perhaps this whole relationship needs to be dissolved because its not worth the misery it is causing me. Clearly they have a non-adherance problem with the CPA culture and soon to be legislation of treating custormers fairly. this isnt fair. and they arent doing me any favours i have to pay for the service
