POOR ACCOUNT DEPT AND CUSTOMER CARE

Its rather sad that i had to resort to such tactics, but as reading through the reviews i am not the only person who has encountered this. In July i had my paid up ALL my accounts as i was in the process of trading my current vehicle in for a later model. i had a balance of R630.00 on the account that i paid which was about R670 - as i was told for finance charges. While being at the store i phoned the customer care line and cancelled ALL membership as there`s no use me paying it if my account is paid up, And the agent advised everything was in order. last week i did a follow with the credit bureau ALL my had a balance of ZERO but HUB had an amount of R975.00 i was horrified. i then called the call centre and they advised that they did not update me since January this year and that amount is an old amount. Despite my numerous phone calls and emails, till date it hasn`t been resolved. Has apparently the account was in arrears in July but yet it was paid up in the last week of July and no one can seem to tell me why. i have had the account for the past 3 years not once did they even give me a R10 increase but soon as i state close the account, I received a R4000.00 increase!
