I am happy about a service i received from one of RCS staff members 'Taboko Nkomo', I paid up my account last year july, and sent through emails to RCS to update my credit record as a paid up account, after sending several emails last year, i was suprised that even in 2013 my account still shows in arrears though i paid it up in 2012 July..
A week ago, i called RCS call-centre to find out why my account was not updated, and I was transferred from one dept and one agent to the other for about 3 days, then eventually i got transferred to Taboko, who has been very helpful, in sorting out and making sure my account is updated properly
