"I would like to bring to your attention that the two accounts were handed over to Attorneys (Weyer Waldick & Will) and I was overcharged. I had accounts which I was and still paying installments of R200 each. The first account was garnished for an amount of R2 449.50 which I paid from July 2003 till May 2008. According to my calculations I already paid a total amount of R7 399 of which I think some monies should be refunded to me an amount of R4 949.50. I went to the offices to find out why the account is not getting finished, then they explained about the interest charged which was abnormal, but I was not convinced, I was very disappointed then I was provided a paid up letter and told me that they will not give me a refund. On the second account I was garnished for an amount of R9 753.62 from 15/04/2004 and the amount paid to date (15/08/12) is R20 400 of which the difference is R10 646.38. I still have a balance of R2 633.13 which I don't think I will never ever finish pay. I feel that this is PURE RIPPING OFF of clients. Can this matter be investigated as a matter of urgency, the company is getting away with. Your assistance will be appreciated in this regard. C Modise "
