Mr Price
30 day arrears?

Hi

I paid my Mr Price account one day after the cut-off date - I did call and notify Mr Price that it was going to happen and the lady said it is fine as long as I pay it. Today I pulled my ITC report and it shows my account is in arrears by 30 days? Can you please sort this out as it is obviously wrong and it is now negatively impacting on my credit rating!
