Hi My name is Alice, I went to buy a cellphone for my aunt on the 19th Sep '03, The phone lgave me problems on the same day. I returned the phone on the 21st Sep '03 but they sent me away saying we broke the phone of it's a factory fault. a lady by the name on Nkululeko gave us attitude they had someone who fixed the phone of which is not the repair person. On the 24th I went back with my cousin who pays my account and they just going to book the phone for assessment which will take 4-6 weeks without a loan phone. We brought the device within 7days. Now we will be paying for something we don't have and aren't making any use off. Please assist I'm desperate because even the manager Martie doesn't want to give us written proof of the event and the decision they took about the phone, She said "I don't have authority to do so because I don't have excess to an email.
