On Sat 06 Jul, I ordered 3 items on Woolworths online & never got a confirmation of my order after I entered my credit card details. I went back in & added the items again and entered my credit card details again. When I went to my orders, the order went through twice!
I immediatley tried to phone, but their call centre was already closed.
I e-mailed them on the same day, explained the problem and asked them to cancel one of the orders.
To date no resonse from them!

I went online and explained my problem again, asking them to cancel one order - again no response to date.
I phoned them on Monday 08 July and spoke to Suzie. I explained my problem again and she assured me that the one order will be cancelled and the amount of R374.95 will be reversed on my credit card. When I asked her for a reference number, she said that there is no reference number. I then asked if I would get a confirmation e-mail and she said no. She said that she would phone me to confirm that it had been done. She never did. I just received both orders via courier and both orders have been taken off my credit card. Shocking service!
