The other day i paid with my card and the amount was declined on the machine but went trough on my card i told them this is not the fist time it happened to me the previous time it was a much lager amount and never gets paid back they took my details and never came back to me as well.. while it happened they printed out a whole list of people it happened to that day so im not the only person they blame it on there old pay-points .the fact is i never got my money back and that's how many people are they doing this with its happened to me twice already
