I ordered and paid for a 3rd Party product on [URL Removed]
The expected delivery date was 03 Sept - nothing happened. So a few days ago I called the call centre to find out what the problem was. At first there was some confusion as to my order, then I was told that they have to product with them but that my postal address seems to be the problem. Then I was told they will dispatch the product to me immediately. Again I waited - nothing. So yesterday I call again. Then I am given all kinds of other reasons why it has not been delivered. At one point the agent argued with me about it not being a 3rd party supplier and that the product is out of stock - until I proved otherwise. He then promised to call me back asap after speaking to the 3rd party seller. Again, nothing...
