STOVE NOT REPAIRED

I bought a Kelviantor stove last year, now 1 plate is not working, I reported it and they told me that the stove is only covered for 1 year if its cash, and credit 5 years. But when I read the Kelvinator Top Service it says 2 years..

Why was i not assisted accordingly???
