I recently had to buy some weed killer and decided to go to Stodels Bellville. When I first arrived I waited at the enquiry desk while the employee kept answering the phone while I was standing there. Does the manager not know to tell employees that customers in the shop are more important than on the phone??
When I asked for Efekto Roundup, the sales person to me and told me that the Clear Pave, which is more expensive, "lasts longer". Both these products have exactly the same concentration of Glysophate. When I found this out, I phoned and asked again which is better, not to my surprise the new sales person also to me and said the more expensive product is better and has "more stuff in it".
Either these people should be fired or the of a manager has told them to push Clear Pave on customers. The consequences of this is that I will do whatever I can to NEVER spend another single cent at Stodels. Even if I have to waste petrol to do so.
