I went to Stodels to buy some paving slabs. I was served by Franklin in the Hard Landscaping area. Franklin is awesome. His enthusiasm and willingness to help is very well received. Then after paying, I had to load my car, go home, unload, and return to fetch the rest, as the total mass was too much for my boot. Enter Carl.
Carl is wonderful! He agreed to watch over my paving slabs at the shop exit while I went home, off-loaded, and returned again. He also loaded each slab into my car carefully and without a single scratch on my car! And he was full of smile and energy.
After that, I went in again to look for ground covers. Timothy was in the area. He knows his plants very well and was quick to make a few suggestions (some of which had sold out a day or two before, but they're regular stock so I can return to get) based on my particular requirements. He was very helpful and even went to check in the reference book for something that he briefly wasn't sure about.
All three of these guys deserve good increases! Look after them. They deserve it!
