Last week I received a customer survey by email after shopping at the Bellville branch of Stodels. I took part in the survey and mentioned my experiences during this shopping, which were partly excellent and partly not that good.
After sending back the survey, Darin did not give up to get hold of me several times on the phone, which was quite difficult as I was often out of the office. He finally get to hear details from me about my experience.
To my huge surprise, a few hours later he rang the door bell to give me a wonderful pot with a beautiful orchid and a gift voucher to use for my next shopping at Stodels, just to say thank you for the honest feedback.
What an amazing example of customer care, thank you, very well done!
