Somebody bought trousers at Choice and gave it to my granddaughter as a gift. The trousers does not fit. We return it to the store and try to exchange it for something else. The store refused to do it and insist on proof of purchase. We do not have it and cannot get it. The trouser still has the original price tag on. I can except it if they do not want to refund us but i do not understand why we cannot exchange the trousers for something else. All other retail stores handle it this way. I tried to contact them via e-mail but their website is closed due to non-payment.
