I purchase dairy bell product expired, first I complain no one get back to me for second time. They gave me my money back but dairy bell person called for apology by the name of blessing. He said to me me I must come to branch to get something as apology I advised him Iffinish work after 5 he said he will live with branch manage by name of malcon. When I go the he didn't threat me like customer asking what do I want. "I must is not like everytime I will get something" I was not expecting that service from branch manager. Next time when you employ people you must know who to employ.if this is how he threat customers you are still going to loose more people.
