I phoned Dairy Bell to let them know of there Yogurts that get watery a few days after opening a 1L container, not just once but for the past 2 months about. I purchase a 1L ever week.
I phoned the cutomer care line, they were closed, i left a message. Next morning I get a call from the call center. ( im now at work) wanting to know what the problem was, told them. Then they want a code that is on the yogurt container. Like I must carry a 1Lt Container with me for the whole day..
I tel, the lady im at work and if she could please call me back later the afternoon. It is now more that 48 hour and no call.
I would have stopped buying the dairy bell brand, but there Fruit of the cape is the only flavour I enjoy ..
Hopefully buy putting this on Hello Peter, they will take my complaint to heart..
