I ordered a product from Kalahari in August, received it and everything was fine.
There were problems with the device so i returned it so that i could get a replacement. Now in Kalahari's T&C's they state you cannot get replacements on Sale items, which i understand.
I was told on the 9th that i would get a refund, even though i never chose it, in 7 days. I have emailed them multiple times with no response.
Could someone at Kalahari please just let me know what's happening?
