I moved out of this house in JANUARY 2013 (yes, nine months ago) and gave them a call before I left to remove me as the primary contact. Still, whenever the new tenants tripped the alarm, they would call me. I called TWICE again to have my number removed, but still they kept calling me.
As much as I can get over the random (1am, 10am, 3pm?) phone calls, I'm sure that the current tenants aren't happy with the fact that they have such delayed security now. I'm at wit's end.
