Bad client service

I opened an account a few months ago, i managed to buy and pay off the account.around april this year i discovered that the was someone who used my account without my knowlegde, I went to the store to enquire about it and i was informed that the a purchase was made in Rustenburg.I communicated with head office and they asked me to forward all the document proving that i made a full payment of the account so that they can start their investigation, they continued calling informing me about my account which was overdue though i reported the matter.On 2013/09/19 I received a call from Totalsport legal department, the person who called was rude, unprofessional and he threatened to blacklist me.He never gave me a chance to speak and explain the matter.He hung up the phone showing that he did not care or even consider what i had to say.Foschini group management should see to this matter and make sure that they improve their services, As their client i believe i could have been treated professionally.
