Homechoice can you explain why am I being Charged the R15.00 service fee, even though I am paying my account elecronically and I am also irritated by your agents caliing me saying payments do not reflect and when i offer to e-mail them proof of payment they insist I must confirm that I will make payment and say I must fax proof of payment... not e-mail! I have made payment and dont have acces to fax but I am ble to e-mail confirmation but your agents are so hard headed, This is no way to treat a loyal custome
