STILL no response for DISGUSTING SERVICE

On Wednesday 11/12/2013, I logged a complaint on Hello Peter against the DISGUSTING service I received from Nonni at Totalsports Clearwater, after not hearing ANYTHING from the head office regarding my complaint. They responded back saying how deeply sorry they were, and that the area manager would be in contact with me. It is now almost the middle of the New Year, and I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING!!! I received a phone call from the very same RUDE Nonni not long after that, who obnoxiously asked if I remembered her (HOW COULD I FORGET??? SHE HAS THE MANNERS OF A PIG!!!), to say that they refunded the wrong amount, and would adjust it accordingly on my account.
It is VERY clear to me that Totalsports has NO INTENTION OF SORTING OUT CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS!!! Almost ALL my purchases on my Foschini account were at Totalsports! My account is left with R50 to pay, and I AM STRONGLY CONSIDERING CUTTING TIES WITH THE WHOLE OF THE FOSCHINI GROUP!!! I will NEVER set foot inside a Totalsports AGAIN, and I will make it clear to EVERY PERSON I KNOW what service they deliver, not only at store level, but to the top AS WELL!!
