I have just opened my Foschini Account and at first someone called me from their head office call center it was a male I forgot his name but he told me about some benefits etc, I kindly listened and than when it my turn to speak the guy hung up, what I said after him is that Thank you Im not interested. Now my issue is that when I went to the store to check if are there any additional charges to my account, they said yes. I was unhappy, even now about that because the guy that called me didnt give me a chance to speak he simply hung up and next thing Im charged, that just to me and I dont like it. At the store they cancelled the additional charge as I didnt want it even in the first place. Today again someone is calling it a female and shes also promoting shes calling from the Foschini head office. My problem is that I dont like these calls, they are during the day and I dont want any additional charge the account is fine on it own. I was charged for something I didnt agree to. Now I wanna even close this Foschini Account because of calls made during the day for the same thing I dont want or need. these calls disturb me even at work. Please help.
